I am getting a message from Broadand saying my mailbox is full and asking me to Clear Cache via a provided link. Can I trust this or is it scam?

No you cannot trust it. @Banda1d delete the message, is my suggestion.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
