After moving house, and ordered a new service which was fibre, I was told my area does not support this and my broadband has been disconnected. I've been bouncing between 10 different call agents who has no clue what do. Can someone help me to restart my broadband please.

Hi @Cm2005 you might try calling on this number and asking for renewals 03451720088 . Are TT still collecting on your Direct Debit? Does my account show you as a customer?
