My installation is meant to be happening this afternoon but my router has not arrived and it was expected to be here before the weekend. If I log into my account I either get an error message or a blank page.

Ok thanks for confirming. I'd recommend contacting the Future Fibre Team directly via Live Chat as they will be able to look into this for you. I've included a help guide below which has the live chat link at the bottom of the page and they are available from 9am today.

@martswain Even on Chrome it takes a little while to load then just gives me an error page.

@j-l-richards try another browser for your online account.
Opera and Brave have known issues, Chrome with no extensions or blockers running and pop-ups allowed works fine.
