Hi Debbie,

Just a update, the problem is now fixed.

There was a problem with the connection just outside of my bungalow and the combined broadband and telephone socket inside.

 

Thank you for your help in getting it sorted out.

Yes I think I have a microfilter that came with the router, I take the cover off and give it a try.
