Broadband locking out Skyq box

Since receiving new router in August 25 my Sky Q box keeps droppimg out. Never had the problem before and despite numerous visits from Sky engineers to reset system it still happens

Is the Sky Q box connected via Wi‑Fi or Ethernet?
