Hello, 

I have received my new router but this presumes I have a fibre connection box and I do not. In fact there have been issues with bringing this into my listed building. 
it’s strange you should sell something to me that all records should show as not accessible to me. Unless it is. Because this is a bit of a mess. Thanks.

Hub 3 is primarily for Full Fibre, @LTorchin, but all the Sagemcom models also work set up as before into the traditional Openreach mastersocket.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
