Hello, I have an HG633 router, and it is now out of manufacturer support.
I have been having speed/buffering issues with mobile devices recently, but my desktop & laptop computers are working fine.
It is possible the router is no longer compatible with latest mobile software versions. Is there a replacement router available?

Hi there @fr8ys thank you very much for advising. @HughMUT As you have mentioned that you are experiencing slow speed issue with your router, we can run checks for you to determine the cause of the issue and as @fr8ys you can consider a recontract and you will be given a new router as part of the recontract. Thanks

@HughMUT are you out of contract or within the last 4 months of your current one?
If so give the loyalty team call and recontract and stress you want a new router as part of this negotiation.

Otherwise to get a new router will cost you £80.
But, as you are having issues let the support staff here check your connection and if the router is found to be faulty then it will be replaced. There should be no issues with compatibility between the router and phones, so have you tried turning it off for at least 30 minutes and testing again?
Also how are your desktop and laptop connected? Via Ethernet or WiFi? If Ethernet these devices should work as you describe with your phones connecting via WiFi?
Do you have any other devices connected via WiFi? If so any issues with these?
Have you tried repositioning the router?
Are your phones, when having issues, further away from the router than other WiFi devices?
