What do you mean by "not working"?
If the router is faulty, staff on here will be able to arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
If you would like staff to help, you should make sure your forum profile is updated with your personal details and your TalkTalk landline number in order that they are able to access your account. They should be back at work tomorrow.
If you really do want to cancel your account, it can't be done via this forum. You'll have to phone customer services (not on a Sunday though).
