Cannot access expedia/hotels.com via topcashback on my Wifi, only through mobile data. But can access other websites via topcashback, such as Trip.com.

This is a new thing, as have used regularly in the past

It does not specify the website. Due to the answers provided (Ad-blocker off) and also, I have checked homesafe it is off. System has advised that the website is blocked.

This website has been taken down (blocked) by a court order for legal reasons.

Unfortunately, TalkTalk is unable to assist with this matter

So, is it safe to say it is not on?

Not as far as I know (and have checked under Extensions under the 3 dots on edge). And as I mentioned before, I definitely haven't changed any of my settings between the time when I could access these sites and when I couldn't

Do you see a blocked webpage notification message when attempting to access the site you experience problems with?

A line test is currently underway. This checks the equipment used to provide the broadband service to your home - including the exchange, cabinet and line equipment.

This can take up to 5 minutes to complete. I'll let you know if this test finds a fault, otherwise I'll continue with further checks

I am about to run a test that will look at the condition of your line. This test will identify any faults in the cables and associated equipment, between your home and the exchange, that could effect your service.

The result will allow us to determine if an engineer is required, or whether additional checks need to be completed with you.

No,

but daughter works from home often, so relies on the broadband

Do you have any active monitoring for life threatening health reasons which is solely dependant upon your TalkTalk Broadband or Telephone line?

For example a care alarm, lifeline, health pendant or fall detector.

Sorry, only just seen this, and heading out now. Its all very odd, as can access these sites via topcashback on mobile data, and could access them only a month or so ago on Wifi, but not now

@phillie I have checked, and home safe is off. I will run a diagnostics test. Are you currently at home?

Trying this when no one is about to moan the Wifi isn't working, and there isn't an option to turn Homesafe off?

I am unsure of why it is now blocking you, if you have not changed any settings. Please switch off Homesafe, switch off your router and back on then try accessing the website. Thanks
