Constant broadband drop out and only 150Kbps

I have had extremely slow (150Kbps), or no broadband, since the start of the pandemic. Openreach engineers have been to the property on numerous occasions and can find no faults and say the problem is not with their equipment but TalkTalk services! When is this going to be fixed? I am still on an old Huawei HG633 router (hardware version H.1.01) and want to know if this is the problem or if there is another reason why I have no internet.
