Hi,
For the last few weeks I have been having disconnects happening pretty much at random.
Sometimes several in a row. The router reconnects only to disconnect again after a couple of min.
No issues are showing up when I do a service status check.
Could you please see what the cause is?

No problem. The router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
