Hi,
We have a loose connected in our power cable and our hub loses power very easily. Looking to replace this but can’t find where to order from. Can anyone help?

The support team here would be able to send you a new router (together with all of the cables) if your current equipment has developed a fault. However they probably won't be around now until Monday.
For one of the TalkTalk Support Team on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include :
