Keep getting this message, and the internet has become slow to router checked with the LAN and still slow!!

Line test is passing and sync speed looks good, connection also looks to have been stable for the last few days. Where do you see the error message?

UPDATED INFO ON PROFILE. Done all checks with tech dept switch off router 30mins, rest changed frequency still getting error message and poor signal from router to devices, nothing has changed with set up!!
