To Whom it May Concern, 

 

I am trying to contact one of your advisers through your customer service helpline but I cannot get through as I do not have a talktalk home number, just broadband. Please advise me on how I can get through to someone without putting in a home phone number.

Check in My Account or Service Centre,  @saraharosen1, as your telephone number will be displayed there, even if you have never used it.

 

Cancellation cannot be done through the forum.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
