Can anyone escalate this please. An engineer was assigned to our fault 6 days ago and nothing has happened since then. Our phone line and broadband keep disconnecting for 10/15 mins at a time.

Staff won't be back on here before Monday, @Phillipa01.

 

Phone help is open till 6pm, then not until Monday, 9am.
