What modem only can be used with Fibre65 ?
I don't want or need a modem/router/WiFi combo as I'll be setting up a proper
home network using a security gateway, a switch and several Unify AP's.
All I need is a compatible modem that will work with TalkTalk fibre65.
As far as I can tell or figure out fibre65 is FTTC.

I should have added earlier, that whilst this does create a Double NAT environment, that is only an issue where setting up port forwarding is concerned. However, there isn't much to configuring this anyway.

You can still use the router supplied effectively as a modem, despite the fact that it does not support true modem mode.
You just need to disable the WiFi on it & make sure the router is on a different subnet to your own router. Then connect a LAN port of the TT router to the WAN port of your own one. Then in your own router, you can either leave it to get an IP address from the TT router or probably you can configure your router to a static IP address on the same subnet as the TT router.
