Can anyone escalate this please. An engineer was assigned to our fault 6 days ago and nothing has happened since then. Our phone line and broadband keep disconnecting for 10/15 mins at a time.

I'm sorry for the delay. How are you getting on? The line test is now clear, how has the connection been over the last 24hrs?

Staff won't be back on here before Monday, @Phillipa01.

 

Phone help is open till 6pm, then not until Monday, 9am.
