I recently got a new phone a Samsung S23.
Since then I can no longer video call over WhatsApp or Facebook messenger whilst using my WiFi. Both work fine over 4/5G but not on home WiFi. I recently stayed at a family member and both worked fine over their WiFi. Do I need an update on my router? I have checked the parental controls and everything is off.
