Fibre35 renewal

I am disappointed that I cannot renew my Fibre 35 contract, I am an existing customer and the only option available is to add TalkTV which I do not require and is a lot more expensive.
When I looked today on the TalkTalk website Fibre 35 is shown as £24 increasing to £28 from April 2027 and £32 from April 2028 for a 24 month contract, this is what I would expect to be offered. I will not renew my contract unless this is resolved.

@Ntxue2, there's always been a tendency for the TV to be added when ordering through My Upgrades and Offers or through a renewal email.

We've always recommended that you speak directly with the Loyalty team via Chat or by phoning 03451 720088 to get your bespoke deal set up. Then you can make sure at the point of renewal that it's not been slipped in.

Bear in mind that Talktalk packages usually mention TV in the title, regardless of whether or not you have selected it, as it's still an option to add it - but that does sometimes cause confusion.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.

Unfortunately, support staff are no longer available here and this will require you contact TalkTalk directly as the forum is now peer to peer and this is something we are, on this occasion, unable to help you with.

Even before this, renewals could not be negotiated here.

Your best option is to speak to the loyalty or better value team so they can discuss your requirements with you.

You may find them giving you a better deal on full fibre if its available in your are as they are trying to switvh many people over in good time or the copper switch off.
