Have an openreach install date for the morning session of 24th October to full fibre 150 from fttc had openreach text and email confirmation on the 10th Oct and reminder 17th Oct checked my account then to help and support then into setting up service then service upgrade also new orders to check progress of order and delivery of equipment no information showing just wondering if possible you can check progress of order and delivery of router and DVA box for digital voice as seen on forum it can take up to two days for delivery much appreciated
