This morning my internet went down, telephoned talk talk for help, and spoke to a robot, several times using different ways to try and talk to a human, to no avail, all I got was text messages to log into my account and report it there.
How on earth can I log in if I have no internet ?? and how can I get to speak to a human?

Were you phoning before 9am?
The assumption also seems to be that we'll be able to reach support using data on our mobile phones, but Live Chat etc is not 24/7 either.
