I have a Huawei-DG8041W and this morning  it has stopped showing the blue connection light. I have tried switching it on/off and reset but only shows the orange set up light before connection then goes blank. Internet works fine but cannot tell at a glance if its working..

Can anyone confirm its a fault with the light on the router, if so can I get a replacement from Talk Talk, only just renewed contract and had this router for 30 months.

Test router has just arrived and have connected it and everything now works fine. Will return the faulty router in the packaging supplied. Thank you very must for your swift action and resolving the fault, Your a star.

Morning,

 

Sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which is clear. We can send a replacement router for testing purposes and a router returns bag so that the original router can be returned, would this be ok?
