I can't access Android mobile apps while connected to my Talk Talk Broadband.

I can't access several Android mobile apps while connected to my Talk Talk Broadband. This includes Facebook, Instagram, Play More Tennis, Strava, and others.
This has been happening ever since I had Talk Talk Broadband installed a few months ago. The only way to gain access to the apps is by switching to mobile data, which obviously isn't ideal.
My wife experiences the same issue, as have guests who have been in my home. Resetting the router corrects the problem for around half an hour, before the problem reoccurs.
I have a Huawei P30 Lite, but it has also affected visitors with iPhones and other Huawei models.
Any suggestions on how I can resolve this?
Many thanks,
- Jack

Hi, everyone,
Thanks so much for your support.
It was indeed a Kids Safe issue, and I've now resolved it thanks to the helpful advice provided.
Thanks again.
Best wishes,
Jack

Hi Jack
I see ferguson has moved your post out of the Email forum because, quite rightly, it's not an Email service issue.

I'd replied to your original post because I think it's a KidsSafe issue but I'll now leave you in the hands of ferguson rather than duplicate responses. I hope that's ok with you.

Hi Jack
Feels like you have TalkTalk HomeSafe / KidsSafe set to prevent access to Social Media websites. Log in to your customer MyAccount to change the settings.
- Log into My Account
- Select View HomeSafe settings from the My services drop down menu bar
- Here it will show you what is currently turned on/off.
How to use HomeSafe® - Scroll down to KidsSafe
KidsSafe can block websites including file sharing, games and social networking. So just untick the categories you now need to view.
