Why am I being told my talktalk email address is not connected to my broadband? I use this address regularly & have been a talktalk customer for many years.

Talktalk lost track, and you need to ask an agent on Live Chat or 03451 720088 to fill in a form to ensure continued service associated with your current broadband account, @JeanHoyle.
If you don't make contact, service will cease. Do not subscribe to Everymail.
