Internet Drops almost everyday

So i been with Talk Talk for last 2 years in June my contract finished  but I decided  to stay and just like that around week or so my Internet connection  stopped working imagine the frustration, long story  contestant  phonecalls and always the same procedures,re starting  modem etc . Open reach  engineer came fixed the master socket ...in the same day in the evening  inernet dropped again,called talk talk again telling me that I have restart my device ...after some time connection was fine 🙂  today morning  again no Internet!I have a Open Reach model MT992 modem  which is connected  to my router.  Anyone  had this problem?Talk talk refused to supply Me in new modem as apparently  Engineer  didn't  included it in the notes....

Please can you answer these questions:-

  1. Which make/model of router do you have?
  2. When you have this problem, what is the state of the light(s) on it?
  3. Does it affect wired (Ethernet) connections as well as wireless ones?
