Just after midnight, mostly every Sunday, the internet cuts out which disturbs my activities. Issue is not isolated to a specific device as all connections are affected. I am not convinced the issue is with the router as it’s always the same exact time and scenario.
I tried suggested remedies stated in my account help section such as powering down the router for 20 mins. The internet is still down at the time I’m typing this post, despite network status showing as ‘good’ in my account.
Can you explain in detail why this issue is happening and what is the fix or what actions are being taken or will be taken to apply a permanent fix?
