Every evening at about midnight my internet disconnects (says no service for laptop and mobile). It then takes 5 minutes to 3 hours for it to come back online. Resetting the router does not fix the issue and even when the router says it is connected there is no service. There are only two devices using the Wifi so bandwidth shouldn't be causing problems. I am a student and need to be able to work online at night so this has been very disruptive. Anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it?

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you log into your My Account please and check if any of the HomeSafe or Kidsafe settings are ticked/active please?
