Hi.
My internet connection has been cutting out for over 2 weeks now.
I was told openreach needed to attend last week, but have tried getting on touch with you for ab update on this, both via telephone, and via your live chat, and have been unsuccessful.
Could I please have an update on this? If you're unable to provide the service im paying for can we please talk about terminating my contact early free of charge? I work from home (have had to commute and pay travel for the last 2 weeks), and cannot rely on an ISP who is uncontactable when support is needed.
