If the speed to your device is poor, this may not be TalkTalk's fault, but does need investigation.
If you log into your router, what does it show the internet speed as? This is often in the main dashboard area, if you have one of the Wi-Fi hubs.
If you do not know how to do this, please can you tell me the make/model of the router that you have?
What sort of device is it that is reporting the speed as poor & how does it connect to the router - via a wired (Ethernet) or wireless connection?
