Hi, the speed of my router is varying dramatically (down to 17) and since it is almost 5 years old I would like a replacement please.

You are best speaking to the Shell Migration team for support re the router and speeds. Call 03451 720088 from your landline or use Chat, @jonraby.

 

Staff are not back on here before Monday, and if you still need help, you need to return to the message board and click on start a topic to begin your own thread.

Hello, 

My internet speed has slowed considerably since I changed to talk talk from shell/post-office, I've had the same zytel router for about 6 years now. Could this be a cause for a slower speed, any advice would be appreciated.
