Providing you asked for digital voice when signing up for full fibre, you disconnect from your old input and plug directly into the router in the appropriate input on the back of the router.
From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
