Hi. Since I renewed my contract on the 18th December a number of my devices at home can connect to WiFi. I tried everything from restarting the router to restarting the devices. They can't seem to see it even when put details manually. They worked fine before. Maybe you should send me a new router?

Strange as some are connecting and some not.
Have you tried resetting the router to factory settings using the pinhole on the router until it restarts?
Could you try this and let us know how it goes?
