Old Router

We have a very old Huawei HG633 router and it has to be rebooted frequently to perform at full speed. The connection loses speed eventually until is rebooted and then seems fine for a while again. The connectivity in places in the house is also getting much worse.
How do I get a replacement router?

No, not that we are aware of. Everything else seems fine, and the router is often fine but just drops and drops in speed then is rebooted and is back up again. Our assumption was that it was age-related!

Thanks. Are you experiencing any problems with your telephone service, any noise on the line?

Hi, thank you for picking this up. This was earlier - now rebooted and seems OK again. Speed test 17.12

Hi cjvod,
Your current sync speed is 61.3Mbps and not showing any reconnections since the 7 Dec, are you currently experiencing slow throughput speeds? Could you run a couple of speed tests and post the results
Thanks
Chris
