Bit of a strange one but a family member is insisting Talk Talk are either changing who they're owned by, merging with another provider or some other big change that will result in some sort of changes to current users accounts/bills etc. It's all very sketchy and I'm a little worried about an elderly family member being used by this individual. I haven't heard any such news. Can anybody confirm or refute this claim please. Cheers.
