Hi,
I cannot connect to my work VPN since this morning and had to use my mobile hotspot for work today. I have tried turning off & resetting the router but no luck. I can see that similar posts have been raised by other users in the last 2 days and have been resolved by the Support Team with some firmware update. Can this one be looked at too ASAP please?

I'm sorry to hear this.
Your router FW is 2816, this is the not the firmware version that can cause an issue with VPN.
Were you previously able to connect to VPN?

Hi @SplatPro,
Do you have the Sagemcom Wi-Fi Hub ?
If so, if you go to the router login screen at http://192.168.1.1/ what 'version' does it show towards the bottom of the screen (it will start with 'SG4K').
The Support Team here probably won't be around now until Monday, but they should be able to respond to this post early next week to help.
