I have migrated from an older imac using High Sierra to a newer one using Monteray v 12.7.1  I cannot now receive or send emails and keep getting a message "input password" .  I have done this many times using my webmail password as advised but says not recognised.    I have read previous posts from 2023 which indicated a problem with "secure access"  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Can you advise me how to contact the tech people  please.  I spent forever talking to their phone person and got nowhere.

Thanks formulaoz

Hi thanks for your link.  It promps me to input my internet account number (webmail p/w) I do that and it doesnt recognise it so no emails.  If I go to delete the account so I can renew it it promps for the same password.  I input it and it says the account already exists and cannot procede.  Will TT tech guys help as I think their system is blocking my password input??
