My current contract has ended. How do i renew?

My current broadband contract has come to an end and I'm wanting to renew my current contract but there doesn't seem to be an option to do so.  How can i do this?

@Wei161116  log in to your online account and go to "My offers and upgrades" and see what is available.

 

Call the loyalty team tomorrow on 0345 172 0046 or 0345 172 5157 after doing your research on the many comparison sites, get your target price for the package and boosts you require and haggle.

 

Staff here cannot assist with or process renewals.
