I had a faulty router replaced.
The box contained a return bag but there was no return label inside it (I checked carefully).
I have been on chat twice. The first time I was told to just send it back (at zero cost to me) but of course the post office wouldn’t accept it without a prepaid label. The second time I was told a new return bag has been ordered. This has not arrived and the 28 days is almost up. Please either send a return bag or confirm I just need to recycle it locally.
