Yes I just updated details , I have spoke to them yestaday via chat and said there's a outage? I haven't heard anything back and it's now 2 days going into 3 days no internet?

You must complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account, @Patricksw686.

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; add your Talktalk landline phone number  / account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES. 

 

It's probably too late for this to be picked up today, but it will be in the queue for attention.
