Hi,

 

I need support please, I have been without internet for 23 days now. I have wasted countless hours on live chat service with the tech team and many phone calls trying to resolve the problem. I have had 3 engineer appointments booked with 3 no shows. I am losing time and money as a result of being unable to work from home (which my job is reliant on) I am going in circles trying to get this issue fixed. I am being made false promises and conflicting issues as to the route cause of my issue. I have followed all the FAQs and tips on trying to source the problem myself however nothing is working and no customer service staff seem to be of any help!!!!!!! I am at my wits end. 

can anyone suggest/help with how I proceed??

Hi @RMcGough sorry to hear your tale of woe. Unfortunately the team here will not be in till Monday when I'm sure the will be able to help. Now there is an opportunity to help yourself. Firstly so the team can identify your account please add your landline number to your community profile.

After that could you mention what is actually your very real problem? Are there lights on the router? Is your phone line working? Is WiFi the issue?
