I'm unable to cancel Callsafe via my account login, the button linking me to the function just returns the "Oops....." message. Tried PC, mobile, different browsers, different Windows (7 and 11), always "Oops...".
Please could someone cancel the Callsafe boost on my account. We no longer use the telephone and have no need for callsafe.
