Just a quick question, how do I manage Callsafe from my account, or is this not possible? The option seems to have been removed I have been waiting for an update for months. There was a banner advising of a price increase at one time clicking on it would take you to the management page, it has now disappeared any advice appreciated

Once you have clicked on callsafe you will be presented with a page to manage callsafe at the top there is a green banner written " Stop unwanted calls with your number list and screen unidentified calls
Find out more about CallSafe here.
Then just below there, there are 3 tabs, account number, phone number and call status option written on, below it there is a manage option.
Please let me know if that worked.

2. Please scroll down to my telephone and click on the block written "call safe"

I have tried clearing the cache and temp files I have tried a different browser it is not visible

Just to confirm the are 4 steps :
1.Log into My Account
2.Head to Manage your package
3.Select CallSafe
4.Choose Manage CallSafe
On the link that @Gliwmaeden2 sent you, there is a block "how to use call safe" please click on it, this is our guide to using call safe.
So do you mean option 4 is missing from the options presented to you?

Thanks for your reply, however I have followed your instructions, I also tried this before I requested help, however the option to mange Callsafe is missing from the list of manageable options.

If you need further help, call 03451 720088 or use Chat if you no longer want the service. There was a deadline for removing it yourself back in January, to avoid being charged for it.
