Can anyone help regarding allowing my IT dept remote access to my laptop.
Teamviewer doesnt give me a code that I need to provide the IT with due to security.
Or do I need to contact Talk Talk directly to deal with this.

Hi,
If you go to my account, you used to be able to turn Scam Protection off there, but I haven't looked for some while.
To do so the instructions were:
1 Log in to MyAccount
2 Select My Services
3 Select View HomeSafe settings
4 Select OFF and confirm when you see the pop-up window
You may also need to disable any pop up blocker you may have installed
