I have a security IP camera and a Synology NAS on my network. I need to set up remote access so I can view camera and recordings when I'm away from home. This requires DDNS but there seems to be no option in the Talk talkEero. I read something about an added subscription neefef to enable it, but I can't find any info. Has anyone managed to get DDNS working with an Eero?

@Woody179!, the strange thing is that your thread was followed up months before the one that came to a dead end re looking at the issue of DDNS.
@Martin37801, if you want to follow up with Talktalk support for this issue, either use Chat or call 03451 720074 as they are the specialist full fibre department. The same opening hours as for the 03451 720088 mentioned in the link in Divsec's signature.

I have just tried the link that @Divsec mentioned and it worked fine on my Eero. The Eero Pro 6's I have were issued by TalkTalk and the menu is not locked. I also use an IP camera array (15) cameras and using this link enabled me to see them when connected to the internet and not at home.
When I initially received my Eero's from TalkTalk the 'Security & privacy' menu was locked out and I contacted TalkTalk via this forum to get the problem sorted out - I think it took about a week. Unfortunately the thread in question is an old one and is no longer available in the community and as the community is now peer-to-peer, you will need to phone TalkTalk about the problem and they may be able to enable the menu still.
P.S.
I don'tknow which Eero model you have and I don't know if that would make any difference in getting this menu enabled.
Edit
Found the thread I mentioned.

Thanks. I had seen that old post and hoped something might have changed. Thanks for info about which routers TalkTalk are sending out now. My thought was to to buy an Eero from Amazon to use as a primary router and use the TalkTalk eero as an extender. It seems an expensive solution (they are not cheap!) when I know eeros will support DDNS if only TalkTalk hadn't disabled it. I'm annoyed since security IP cameras are rather common these days and remote access is rather crucial when we are away from home. But thanks everyone for trying to help.

An old thread on this topic came up against a dead end:

Talktalk is sending out Hub3 (a Sagemcom router) rather than Eeros these days.

Thanks. Unfortunately the crucial menu referred to the article is locked in my eero (by Talktalk?). I can't see any workaround. it's very frustrating. If Talktalk have locked it, I'm not sure why. I'm beginning to think I need to buy another eero which behaves normally, use that as the main router, and use the Talktalk one as an extender. Anyone with eero experience with any ideas?

Hi @Martin37801 here is the solution from eero https://support.eero.com/hc/en-us/articles/360049818252-What-is-DDNS
Unfortunately I don't have access to an Eero to test it
