Replacement router received. Contents list includes 2 filters. Filters not in box. Is this correct ?

If you already have filters they can continue to be used.

 

I'm guessing as it's a replacement for you existing one, to save on cost and wastage they are not included.

 

A few years ago a similar situation occurred with the Youview boxes sent as replacements in that those boxes did not include a new remote as the old one would work with replacement boxes.

 

If you are on Full Fibre you don't need filters either, but as said you can continue to use your existing ones if needed.
