I have just plugged in my new Utility Warehouse hub to find they haven't updated my system. I removed and plugged my olf hub back in. I can't get it to work. Help I need to get work done.

@Clairey32, Utility Warehouse has a special page for issues arising from the migration from Talktalk.
In particular, note that they may want you to contact them about which package is the best match for your needs, as not everything they offer is like for like.
