I have raised this under email, however, I have not received a proper explanation from the community staff, CEO's office or from Charles Dunstone about why the website software is not being fixed.
This in essence means that some customers who wants to delete or change email addresses or create new one's cannot do so (especially if they have used all 5) until TalkTalk rectify this. This seems quite important in terms of customers features that should work not functioning on the website.
One has to ask why an important part of the website under, My Services>Manage my Mail does not function, is not acknowledged and no adequate answer is provided or, any action taken?
