Had this message on my mail box site for over a year now, cannot create any new Mail Boxes,only my main mail box works

Hi allegrow, I can link mailboxes to a live broadband or TalkTalk Mail Plus account. To have a mailbox deleted you must follow the right to be forgotten process and unfortunately no one can assist with creating a new mailbox that feature is simply not possible.
