I'm trying to set up a new email address.
When I access My Account - Manage emails - where the option to create or move an. email address should be, I have a message that says:
'Please Note - we have temporarily removed the create/delete mailbox functionality as we are performing some backend maintenance work on our email platform. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.'
This message has been in place. since this account was created - June 2024.
I have reported this in the past and all you did was delete 'My Account'
I spoke to a Customer Service agent today and he said that this applies to all UK customers, which I dont believe.
Can you provide a solution please

Hi worksopblade, at present and for the near future at least the ability to create new mailboxes is not available.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
