This is the error message i get whne trying to send . Its the same for any email address I use .

 

Message could not be sent to the following recipients: 
XXXXXXX REMOVED FOR SECURITY REASONS

@arthursalter, please never post complete email addresses in the public thread  - the information can be harvested and exploited by scammers.

 

Put it in Private Notes. 

 

You need to complete your community forum profile details anyway for staff to identify your account. Go via your avatar/name; settings; add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. 

 

Add the email addresses and failed recipient message in Private Notes, near the end of that section. SAVE CHANGES.

 

Staff reply during the day Monday to Friday.
